Waytu was born from a simple observation: too many cars on the road with just one person inside, while others struggle with expensive or unreliable transportation options.
Founded in 2024 in Accra, Ghana, we started with the vision of connecting neighbors who share similar commutes. What began as a local solution has grown into a platform that's transforming how communities think about shared transportation.
